Rigid PVC display board (also known as Foamex PVC or solid PVC) is a dense plastic sheet with a smooth, flat surface. It's significantly more durable than foam board — resistant to knocks, moisture, and bending — making it ideal for semi-permanent indoor signage in retail stores, restaurants, offices, and public buildings.

Available in 3mm (lighter, wall-mountable) or 5mm (extra rigid, suitable for freestanding displays) thickness. Printed using UV flatbed technology for vibrant, durable graphics with a clean, professional finish.

Standard sizes from A4 to A0, plus custom sizes. Single or double-sided printing. The smooth PVC surface produces sharper print quality than correx or foam board, making it the best choice when image quality matters for indoor displays.

Artwork Requirements

Supply at 150 DPI minimum (300 DPI preferred) in CMYK with 3mm bleed. Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, or high-resolution JPG.
