Most single-item designs (business cards, flyers, posters) are ready within 2–3 working days of receiving your brief. Brand packages typically take 5–7 working days. Need it faster? Select "ASAP" in the timeline field and we’ll do our best to accommodate (a rush fee may apply).
Every package includes revision rounds — two for Template Design, three for Bespoke Design and Brand Packages. We’ll work with your feedback to refine the design until you’re happy. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at a small fee.
Yes. Once paid, the design is yours to use however you like. Bespoke Design and Brand Package tiers include the editable source files (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) so you can make future edits yourself or share them with another designer.
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines, a website, or examples of previous materials, share them with us and we’ll ensure the design is consistent with your brand identity.
Artwork Prep is for when you already have a design (perhaps from Canva, Word, or a previous designer) and need it converted to a print-ready format with correct resolution, bleed, and colour mode. Template Design is when you provide the content and we create a new professional layout from scratch using a proven design template.
