Delivery Information

Delivery Costs

  • Standard delivery: £4.95 flat rate to all UK mainland addresses
  • Free delivery: on all orders over £75 — applied automatically at checkout

All delivery charges include VAT at 20%.

Delivery Timescales

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timescales are in addition to production time — the total time from order to delivery depends on the product ordered.

Typical production times by product type:

  • Business cards: 1–2 working days
  • Flyers and leaflets: 1–3 working days
  • Posters: 1–2 working days
  • Stationery (letterheads, compliment slips): 2–3 working days
  • Banners and signage: 3–5 working days
  • Labels and stickers: 2–3 working days
  • Booklets and brochures: 3–5 working days

Production begins once your payment has been confirmed and your artwork has passed our file check. If there are any issues with your artwork, we will contact you, which may delay production.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only as standard. If you require delivery to any of the following areas, please contact us before ordering for a quotation:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • International destinations

Carriers

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Standard-sized orders (business cards, flyers, leaflets, stationery) are typically sent via Royal Mail. Larger items such as banners, posters, and signage may be dispatched via courier.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information where available. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe places around your property before contacting us.

Large Format Items

Orders containing large format products (banners, roller banners, exhibition displays, large posters) may require delivery via a specialist courier. In some cases, this may incur an additional delivery charge — if so, we will confirm the cost with you before dispatch. Large format items are typically delivered on a next-working-day service after dispatch.

Collection

If you'd prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a collection service from our premises. Simply select the collection option at checkout or contact us after placing your order. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@printout.graphics or by phone on 01onal 234 567 890. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
