Aluminium composite (commonly known as Dibond) is a premium sign material made from two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core. The result is an extremely flat, rigid panel that won't warp, bow, or flex — even in large formats. It's the material of choice for permanent outdoor signage, shop fascias, wall-mounted business signs, wayfinding panels, and high-end architectural displays.

We print directly onto the aluminium surface using UV flatbed technology with UV-resistant inks that maintain their vibrancy for years in all weather conditions. The 3mm thickness strikes the perfect balance between rigidity and weight.

Available from A4 to A0 and custom sizes. Add drill holes for wall mounting, or we can supply with stand-off fixings for a floating effect.

Artwork Requirements

Supply at 150 DPI minimum in CMYK with 3mm bleed. Mark drill hole positions on a separate layer. Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or TIFF.
