Wiro (Wire-O) binding uses a double-loop silver wire spine that allows pages to open completely flat or fold back 360 degrees — making it the ideal choice for reference documents, instruction manuals, recipe books, desk diaries, and any publication that needs to stay open on a surface.

Available in A4 and A5 with customisable page counts. Interior pages are printed on 150gsm silk (or choose uncoated for a writeable surface — perfect for notebooks and diaries with ruled or plain inner pages). Covers are printed on 250gsm–350gsm silk with matt lamination for protection and a professional finish.

The silver Renz wire passes through a series of holes punched 9mm from the spine edge, with wire diameter (6mm–14mm) selected to match the page count for a snug, rattle-free fit.

Artwork Requirements

Supply as a multi-page PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK with 3mm bleed. Allow 9mm on the binding edge for the wire punch holes. Accepted formats: PDF, AI, InDesign package.
