Stapled (saddle-stitched) booklets are the most popular and cost-effective binding method for short-run publications. Two custom-cut wire staples through the spine create a clean, flat-opening booklet that's ideal for brochures, catalogues, event programmes, training manuals, menus, and company newsletters.

Choose from A4, A5, or A6 finished size with 8 to 64 pages (in multiples of 4). Interior pages are printed on 150gsm silk as standard, with lighter or heavier stocks available. Opt for a self-cover (same stock throughout) or a separate heavier cover on 350gsm silk with matt, gloss, or velvet soft-touch lamination.

Produced on state-of-the-art Muller Martini and Heidelberg finishing equipment with custom-cut staples matched to the booklet thickness for a professional, flush finish.

Artwork Requirements

Supply as a multi-page PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK with 3mm bleed. Page count must be a multiple of 4. Include crop marks. Accepted formats: PDF (multi-page), AI, or InDesign package.
