Professional folded leaflets for marketing materials, menus, price lists, event programmes, and information brochures. Available in 10 finished sizes with 6 fold types — from simple half-folds to complex 8-panel concertina layouts. All leaflets are printed double-sided in full colour.

Fold Options

  • Half Fold (4pp) — single fold creating 4 panels. Classic layout for menus and simple brochures.
  • C-Fold (6pp) — two parallel folds creating 6 panels, with the right panel folding inward first. The most popular fold for DL leaflets and mailers.
  • Z-Fold (6pp) — concertina-style with 6 panels. Opens out completely flat — great for step-by-step information and maps.
  • C-Fold 8pp (Roll) — four panels that roll inward progressively, creating 8 pages. Elegant sequential reveal of information.
  • Z-Fold 8pp (Concertina) — accordion fold with 8 panels. Perfect for detailed information, timelines, and programmes.
  • Cross Fold (8pp) — folded in half both ways to create 8 panels. Ideal for compact leaflets that open to a large flat sheet.

Paper Options

  • 115gsm–350gsm Silk — smooth, low-sheen finish. Writeable with ballpoint pen. The most versatile choice for leaflets.
  • 90gsm–350gsm Uncoated — naturally textured, porous surface. Fast drying, ideal for writing and stamping. FSC-certified.
  • 130gsm Gloss — high-gloss reflective finish for maximum visual impact on photo-heavy designs.

Lamination Options

  • No Lamination — standard finish.
  • Matt Lamination Double Sided — smooth, non-reflective coating on both sides.
  • Gloss Lamination Double Sided — high-shine coating on both sides for vibrant colour.
  • Soft-Touch Lamination Double Sided — velvety tactile finish on both sides for a luxurious feel.

Note: Lamination available on stocks 250gsm and above (silk only). Cannot be applied to uncoated stock.

Artwork Guidelines

  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
  • File format: PDF or JPEG
  • Colour mode: CMYK (RGB and Pantone will be converted)
  • Bleed: 3mm on all edges
  • Safe zone: Keep important text at least 3mm from fold lines and trim edges
  • Fonts: All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines
  • Important: Supply artwork flat (unfolded) at full open size with fold lines indicated
