The Artisan Market Event Materials

The Artisan Market is a monthly event bringing together independent makers, food producers, and craftspeople from across the region. For their spring season launch, they needed a comprehensive set of promotional materials to drive footfall and build excitement across multiple channels.

The Campaign

We produced A5 flyers for letterbox distribution in the surrounding neighbourhoods, A2 and A1 posters for display in local shops and community noticeboards, pull-up banners for use at the venue entrance, and A6 postcards for stallholders to include with purchases. The design language was warm, inviting, and distinctly artisanal — hand-drawn illustrations paired with earthy tones and a friendly sans-serif typeface.

Production Details

The flyers were digitally printed on 170gsm silk for a quality feel that justified keeping rather than discarding. Posters were produced on 200gsm satin stock for vibrant colour reproduction and durability in shop windows. The pull-up banners used a 440gsm PVC substrate with UV-resistant inks to withstand repeated indoor and outdoor use. Every element was delivered within seven working days, allowing the organisers to begin their promotional campaign well ahead of the event.

The spring market recorded a 25% increase in visitor numbers compared to the previous year — a result the organisers attributed in part to the improved quality and reach of their printed promotional materials.
