Greenleaf Bistro — Menu System & Point of Sale

Greenleaf Bistro in Lewes changes their menu monthly to match seasonal produce. They needed a cost-effective system for regular reprints that still looked premium — no laminated A4 sheets from the office printer.

We set up a template system: the core menu layout stays consistent while the dishes swap each month. A4 menus on 350gsm silk with soft-touch lamination feel luxurious but can be reprinted affordably. The table talkers and tent cards promote their weekend brunch specials and are updated fortnightly.
