Rosewood Hotel Wedding Stationery

Rosewood Country Hotel is a luxury venue in the Cotswolds that hosts around 60 weddings per year. They commissioned us to create a signature wedding stationery suite that could be offered to couples as part of their wedding package, with customisable elements for names, dates, and colour accents.

The Suite

The stationery collection includes save-the-date cards, formal invitations with RSVP cards and envelopes, order of service booklets, table menus, place cards, table plan boards, and thank-you cards. The base design features the hotel's elegant script monogram framed by delicate botanical illustrations, creating a timeless aesthetic that complements the venue's country house setting.

Premium Finishing

The invitations are printed on 350gsm cotton paper with a soft, deckled edge for an artisan feel. The couple's names and the hotel monogram are applied in rose gold foil, adding a luxurious shimmer that catches the light beautifully. The order of service booklets are saddle-stitched with a heavier 300gsm cover and 170gsm text pages, giving them a substantial feel that guests keep as a memento. Place cards are scored for folding and printed on matching cotton stock.

Customisation Workflow

We created a templated system that allows the hotel's events team to submit couple-specific details through a simple online form. This streamlines production and ensures consistency across every wedding while allowing each couple's stationery to feel uniquely theirs. Turnaround from approval to delivery is two weeks, fitting neatly into the hotel's event planning timeline.
